At Wholesome Bowl, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a great experience for our customers. However, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or personal taste preferences. Please review the policy below:
1. Damaged or Faulty Products
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photographs of the damaged item and packaging to assess the issue. Once confirmed, we will either:
- Replace the product free of charge, or
- Issue a refund for the damaged product.
2. Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional cost.
3. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your products carefully before completing your purchase.
4. Expired Products
All products are shipped with sufficient shelf life. Claims regarding expired products will not be considered unless they were delivered to you past their expiration date.
5. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged during shipping or is faulty.
- You received the wrong product.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after your claim has been approved.
